Football and Basketball: which one is easier to predict?

I want to invest in sport betting but before I go into it I want to know between football and basketball, which one is easier to predict the team to win. Someone told that basketball easier to predict because scoring points in basketball game is a lot easier than in football match.
But I want to know your own opinions. Thanks for your answers
