guarda wallet is very expensive to use. the exchange rates are ridiculous. but guarda wallet says that they are not in charge of the rates & they cant control the rates. but other wallets offer better exchange rates than guarda. there has also been complaints that guarda wallet isnt secure to use & can be easily hacked.

when i made a negative comment on trust pilot about guarda wallet, support from guarda did every thing possible to get my negative comment removed from the trust pilot review. trust pilot asked for proof of my negative comment & i proved to trust pilot that my negative comment was based on a real experience. even then guarda wallet support tried to get my negative comment removed. guarda got my personal email addy from trust pilot & they started to send me emails, asking for my personal telephone number, contact info, etc. guarda wallet support even tried to threaten me with legal action for my negative comment. i told them to go get f*cked, then i contacted trust pilot & sent them everything guarda had sent me. only then did guarda stop harassing me.

to avoid any expensive hassles, just avoid using guarda wallet for any reason. guarda support stinks.
